Stefanie Langer Head of Investor Relations Stefanie Langer is Head of Investor Relations for the Independence Capital Partners ("ICP") affiliated funds and oversees all investor relations activities, including fundraising, transfers, investor data management, performance report dissemination, compliance, general client service and new business development. Stefanie has more than 20 years of commercial banking, corporate finance, strategic consulting, private equity investing, portfolio management and investor relations experience gained through her tenure in the financial services industry both in the U.S. and abroad. For the prior 10 years, she was Director - Investor Relations & Business Development for Pegasus Capital Advisors, a middle market special situation private equity fund manager based in CT and NYC. Previously, Stefanie was a Managing Director at Hamilton Lane Advisors where she was responsible for key client portfolio management, manager selection related to all non-buyout or venture (including real estate) private equity funds in the U.S. and abroad and co-investments. Earlier in her career, she worked for Ernst & Young as a Principal in the Corporate Finance division overseas and as an Assistant Vice President with CoreStates Capital Markets. Stefanie is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and completed the Ernst & Young Executive Program (with Darden Business School).
