Joanne DiBartolomeo leads all human resources activities for Independence Capital Partners ("ICP") member funds, including recruitment, career development, employment practices, compensation and benefits.

Joanne joined the ICP family in 2000 as Human Resources Administrator at member fund Rubenstein Partners. She was promoted to Director of Human Resources at Rubenstein in 2003, after being awarded her certification by both the Society of Human Resources and Villanova University.

Joanne has been in involved in various aspects of Human Resources for more than twenty years. She has worked in Washington, DC in Employee Communications and at Cigna Corporation in the Human Resources department. Joanne has also served as a recruiter for both Corporate and Legal Services clients in and around the Philadelphia area.
