Independence Capital Partners (“ICP”) provides back office services to Lubert-Adler Management Company, Rubenstein Properties, LLR Management, Quaker BioVentures Management, Chrysalis Capital Management, LBC Credit Partners, LEM Management and the Manager (collectively, the “Member Firms”). Each Member Firm is individually and separately owned by its senior investment professionals and manages investment funds in distinct asset classes.  The Member Firms are parties to an agreement to share back office and infrastructure resources, including office space and administrative personnel.
